We strive to accommodate our guests' schedules, occasionally allowing for extended time in the apartment beyond our standard check-in from 3 pm and checkout at 10 am; however, advanced requests (excluding the same day) are necessary, and a modest contribution towards additional utility usage is appreciated, as outlined in our guest Terms and Conditions, or feel free to reach out to us for more information
Do I get the entire apartment to myself?
Each of our properties boasts private full kitchens, bathrooms, washing machines, living areas, and bedrooms, complete with essentials like hairdryers and ironing facilities; ensuring a completely exclusive stay without shared communal spaces, apart from the hallways in the apartment blocks, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort.
Do you do longer term bookings?

Do you do contractor accommodation?
Absolutely! Many companies choose apartments for their workers, recognising the advantages of a full apartment over expensive hotel rooms for individuals working away from home.
Why have I seen different prices on various websites for the same apartment and dates?
Put simply, third-party websites charge us commissions, and to maintain our original earnings, prices are higher when booked through these platforms; for the most cost-effective option, always choose direct bookings!
Do you have travel cots and high chairs?
Yes, they are available on request. We are happy to provide them for your convenience.
Can I bring my dog?
While we appreciate your love for dogs, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets to our properties. This policy ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Exceptions are made for service animals; please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by one, so we can make necessary accommodations.
Can I leave my bags somewhere until my apartment is ready?
Regrettably, as all our apartments feature self-contained and self-check-in arrangements, we do not have a designated desk for luggage storage; we kindly ask guests not to leave belongings in the apartment before or after the agreed-upon stay period, as any items found outside of this timeframe will be removed.
Ive checked out but can I leave my car in the car park till later?
If this is requested in advance, then possibly yes! Again, it all depends on when the next guest is coming. The only exception to this is our Dunkirk apartments where your permit will only cover from 3pm the day of check in till 10am the morning of check out and the traffic warden is very thorough in that area so any vehicles left after this time may receive a parking ticket.
Can I have a party in the apartment?
For insurance compliance, we strictly adhere to occupancy limits, allowing only the number of guests the apartment can accommodate overnight; any additional daytime visitors are limited to the maximum sleeping capacity of the booked apartment. Declaration of all overnight guests is mandatory, ensuring accurate occupancy records in case of emergencies.
